Full Moon & Cacao Circle with Guide Andrea Miller

Join us for the December Full Moon Cacao Ceremony we gather in alignment with December’s Full Moon, often referred to as the Cold Moon. Here we will gather in community to release what is no longer serving us and replenish our own resources with intention, reflection and connection.

Cacao is a revered plant medicine, often served in ceremony to open the heart in a powerful way and awaken the spirit. It is known to cultivate deeper connections with self and others so we love sharing the magic of this plant medicine in circle with community.

Certified Cacao Ceremonialist, Trauma Informed Somatic Coach, Breath-Work Facilitator and Reiki Healer, Andrea Miller will be your guide for the sacred ceremony that includes an evening of somatic exercises, guided breathing & meditation, ceremonial cacao, journaling and integration.

In the Elemental Rhythm Slow Flow Breathwork session, participants are guided through  specific, controlled, slower breathing rounds with extended exhalations and a guided meditation that activates the parasympathetic nervous system to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and contemplation.  Many people will experience an overall sense of peace and often an emotional release. The flow experience is perfect for all levels of breathwork experience participants and especially good for those who have experienced trauma or who struggle with more intense breathing patterns. This is a great way to start your week by regulating your nervous system as you prepare for the stressors of the week ahead.

Welcome to your personal sanctuary of sound and stillness. In this unique experience of interactive sound healing meditation, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey that transcends the ordinary. As you settle comfortably in your space, allow the outside world to fade away, and prepare to immerse yourself in the healing power of sound.

Before we begin, take a moment to reflect on your personal intentions. What are you seeking in this space? Is it relaxation, clarity, healing, or something else? By setting a clear intention, you create a focused intention to guide your experience. Write it down or simply whisper it to yourself. 

As you hold your intention close, shift your attention to your breath. Take a deep inhalation through your nose, feeling your lungs expand fully. Confirm your breath with a slow, mindful exhalation. Let go of any tension or anxiety with each breath out. Practice this for a few cycles, allowing your entire being to sink deeper into relaxation. Inhale... 2...3...4... Exhale... 2...3...4...

Now it’s time to bring in the healing soundscapes. As we enter into this sonic exploration, let the guides of sound lead you gently. You’ll hear the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, bolsters, and gongs, each designed to resonate with various frequencies and chakras within you. 

Imagine the sound waves wrapping around your body like a warm, comforting embrace. Instead of simply listening, become an active participant. Hum, chant, or tap your own body gently to create a rhythmic dialogue with the sounds. As you vibrate with the healing waves, visualize tensions dissolving and pathways to inner peace illuminating before you.

Feel free to close your eyes and visualize your inner landscape. Double the multitude of sounds by tapping along your thighs, humming softly, or even using small instruments like chimes or shakers that you may have on hand. Engage your senses actively; with each sound, discover a part of yourself—your hopes, your fears, your dreams. Remember that it’s okay to express what comes alive within you. 

In this shared space of sound, you are not alone. Although you may be physically distanced from others, at this moment, you are united in intention and nurturing. As your energy flows together, synchronize your breathing with the beat of fellow participants, sending out waves of healing love.
