Start your week off releasing stress and tension with an afternoon of healing breathwork and meditation. During our time you will learn easy breathwork techniques to regulate your nervous system as well as be guided on a breathwork journey using specific, controlled, slower breathing rounds with extended exhalations and a guided meditation that activates the parasympathetic nervous system to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation and contemplation. Breathwork is a powerful tool that can transform our state of being with just a few conscious inhales and exhales. This session is ideal for all levels of breathwork experience.

*Yoga mats, pillows and eyemasks will be available. Please bring your own blanket, water, journal/pen.
*If you are under the care of a physician for any of these conditions, please consult them before performing breathwork. Pregnant, have a history of seizures, brain aneurysms, torn retina, glaucoma, untreated high blood pressure, heart disease, extreme PTSD or are recovering from surgery. Although breath work is one of the safest healing modalities, there are contradictions and people with certain conditions should not participate. Please read the contradictions below and then read and sign the waiver in order to participate. NOTE: You are laying on the floor for the majority of the breathwork session.
