Let go of any tension or anxiety with each breath out. Practice this for a few cycles, allowing your entire being to sink deeper into relaxation. Inhale... 2...3...4... Exhale... 2...3...4...

Hum, chant, or tap your own body gently to create a rhythmic dialogue with the sounds. Double the multitude of sounds by tapping along your thighs, humming softly, or even using small instruments like chimes or shakers that you may have on hand. Engage your senses actively; with each sound, discover a part of yourself—your hopes, your fears, your dreams. Remember that it’s okay to express what comes alive within you.
